What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Perform equipment maintenance, including cleaning and inspecting vehicles
- Drive and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and install hitches
- Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
- Availability for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Certification in propane filling or forklift operation (available through U-Haul)
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and rental processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility to take on various tasks as assigned
