What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring they are clean and inspected
- Prepare rental invoices and manage returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for evening shifts, including part-time weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform both inside and outside duties
- Customer service experience and computer knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to obtain forklift and propane certification through U-Haul
- Familiarity with rental equipment and related services
