What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the U-Haul center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks requiring safety precautions
- Availability for scheduled shifts with punctuality

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment
- Experience with equipment maintenance or handling
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and rental management systems
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
