What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside the employer center with products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper safety protocols
- Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and overall condition
- Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns from customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
- Commitment to ongoing education and training through the employer's training programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience with equipment maintenance or inspection
- Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
