What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, as well as clean and inspect equipment
- Answer customer inquiries and educate them about products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to use protective clothing or gear when necessary
- Ability to work with moderate risks or discomforts in the work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Certification in equipment handling, such as propane filling or forklift operation (available through U-Haul upon employment)
- Familiarity with rental or inventory management systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
