What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring all fluid levels are checked
- Prepare rental invoices and handle the return of equipment
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts
- Ability to use protective clothing or gear as necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance
- Certification in forklift operation (available upon employment)
- Interest in ongoing personal and professional development
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
