What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions and use protective gear as needed
- Availability for scheduled shifts and flexibility to assist with various tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or repair
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification can be obtained through U-Haul)
- Interest in ongoing training and certification programs
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
