What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers at the U-Haul center with products and services
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper equipment maintenance
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Capacity to work in an environment with moderate risks or discomforts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and operation
- Previous experience using technology for inventory management
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
