What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a service center with products and services
- Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing education through company training programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
- Availability for scheduled work shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain upon employment
- Experience with equipment inspection or maintenance
- Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
- Interest in health and wellness programs offered by the employer
