      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to retail businesses and consumers in a call center environment
      - Process orders received via EDI, email, and phone across all brands
      - Manage and resolve challenging customer issues effectively and professionally
      - Advise customers on shipping information for in-stock or back-ordered items
      - Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service team, specifically in an inbound call center environment
      - Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
      - Prior experience working in an ERP system (SAP, JDE) is beneficial
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the wallcovering or related industry
      - Ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices in a call center setting
