What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
- Basic customer service skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including truck sanitation tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or inspections
- Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment)
- Willingness to obtain certification for filling propane (training provided by U-Haul)
