What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
- Drive a forklift and fill propane (certification provided upon employment)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment with special safety precautions
- Availability for hands-on training and continuous education through U-Haul University

- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Familiarity with rental equipment and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain
