What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
- Participate in continuous education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for part-time work on weekends and holidays
- Flexibility with inside and outside duties, including sanitizing trucks
- Basic computer knowledge and strong customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Certification in forklift operation (available through employer upon employment)
- Willingness to obtain certification for filling propane (available through employer upon employment)
