What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside of the U-Haul center
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Clean, inspect, and maintain U-Haul equipment and check fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing education and training through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
- Available for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform inside and outside duties, including sanitizing trucks
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Certification in forklift operation (available through U-Haul upon employment)
- Willingness to obtain certification for filling propane (available through U-Haul upon employment)
- Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
