What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for part-time work on weekends and holidays (15-20 hours per week)
- Ability to perform inside and outside duties, including equipment sanitization
- Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with rental equipment and vehicle inspections
- Willingness to obtain certifications for propane filling and forklift operation
