What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center.
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and perform equipment inspections.
- Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns.
- Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays (15-20 hours per week).
- Ability to perform both inside and outside duties, including sanitizing trucks.
- Capability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with U-Haul products and services.
- Certification in forklift operation or propane filling (will be provided upon employment).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
