      Title: Receptionist

      Part Time Evening Receptionist – Monday Thru Friday (2:30 pm to 6:30pm)

      Bear Mountain is actively looking to hire a motivated and experienced Receptionist for our Long-Term Care Facility in Sudbury, MA. We pride ourselves in the level of professionalism our team exhibits every day, as we strive to provide the best possible care for our resident’s and team members.

      Responsibilities:

      • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, in a professional manner
      • Screen all visitors
      • Maintain office safety by screening all visitors following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
      • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
      • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
      • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
      • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
      • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
      • Excellent organizational skills

      Requirements:

      • Must have Solid verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills
      • Professional attitude and appearance
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Pleasant personality
      • Fully vaccinated and booster
