What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly to customer and associate needs
- Pull and prepare merchandise for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and condition
- Assist with loading merchandise, including large items, onto delivery trucks and into customer vehicles
- Maintain stock levels and replenish shelves for customer access
- Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure correct deliveries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and information management
- Minimum of 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of retail experience
- 6 months of experience in customer service or product fulfillment at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 months of experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials
