      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with potential clients through warm leads generated by the marketing team
      - Schedule consultations with the legal team, ensuring clients feel supported and valued
      - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
      - Track and maintain metrics for conversions of leads to clients and other key performance indicators
      - Document the sales process from initial contact to follow-up calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of B2C experience, preferably in high-pressure sales
      - Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
      - Ability to memorize and deliver scripts naturally
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust over the phone
      - Self-motivated and able to work independently during non-traditional hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - Familiarity with the legal industry is advantageous
      - Experience in sales or client service in a professional or legal setting
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Passionate about helping people protect their loved ones and their legacies
