What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers
- Conduct assessments within the Quality Assurance database to determine required information
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather and document necessary information for underwriting
- Maintain communication with supervision regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
- Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPI) while participating in special projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, including being friendly and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
- A desire to learn and grow within the company
