What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify life and health insurance applications by conducting inbound/outbound calls to potential customers
- Accurately document required information for the underwriting assessment process
- Maintain communication with supervision regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
- Handle special projects involving outbound calls and customer activity recording
- Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPI) consistently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills with a friendly and efficient demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
- Demonstrated desire to learn and grow within the company
