      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify life and health insurance applications through inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
      - Document required information accurately for underwriting assessment
      - Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database to assess verification needs
      - Maintain communication with supervision regarding actions taken within the database
      - Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPI) and participate in special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum typing requirement of 35 words per minute
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Superior customer service skills, including being friendly and a good listener
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
      - Must be detail-oriented and able to work full-time and/or part-time based on position specifications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
      - Desire to learn and grow within the company
