What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper maintenance
- Clean and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and assist with equipment returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- Basic customer service and computer knowledge
- Basic mechanical skills with a willingness to learn
- Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform both inside and outside duties, including sanitizing trucks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance or mechanical work
- Certification in forklift operation (available through U-Haul upon employment)
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training programs
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
