Job Description

- Provide attentive and loving care for a 3-month-old baby, ensuring safety and well-being at all times.
- Assist with light household tasks, including the baby's laundry and washing dishes.
- Help with dog care as needed.
- Take the baby to local classes, mom’s groups, and other social activities to encourage interaction and development.
- Use a family car available at the house for transportation during work hours.
- Experience with infants, especially around the 3-month-old age range.
- Familiarity with gentle parenting practices.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the far westside of Madison.
- Comfortable with dogs and able to assist in their care.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months.

20 Schedule:
20 hours per week, 4 hours per day. We can work on setting a schedule together.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $18.00 to $20.00 Number Of Positions
1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are two moms seeking a reliable and nurturing part-time nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of gentle parenting techniques and a warm, caring demeanor. This position requires someone who can drive themselves to our home on the far westside of Madison and is available for 20 hours a week, with a flexible daily schedule of 4 hours. One parent is a psychotherapist who does telehealth in the home and will be working at home during these hours.
