What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-depth health counseling and guidance for disease prevention and health maintenance
- Examine, evaluate, and treat individuals using professional medical decision-making
- Perform physical assessments of patients via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate care and follow-up referrals, ensuring comprehensive service delivery
- Maintain accurate and current records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unrestricted licenses in a minimum of 2 states required, with > 6 states preferred
- Board certification from a National Certifying Body (e.g., American Nurses Credentialing Center)
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Knowledge of nursing and healthcare delivery at the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant level

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AAHIVS certification preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with medical screening techniques and procedures
- Experience with quality assurance theories, practices, and procedures
- Ability to develop and conduct instructional programs
