What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to various community locations to establish connections and recruit new members
- Plan, promote, and conduct events to inform potential members about Girl Scout membership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Services, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in sales, community organizing, and/or recruitment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of staff, volunteers, and girls
- Must have access to reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus
- Strong attention to detail and team-building skills
