What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to create lasting connections with recruitment outlets, schools, and community organizations
- Design, promote, and conduct events to inform potential members about Girl Scout membership
- Recruit adult leaders for volunteer opportunities within troops
- Collaborate with internal teams and local volunteers to deliver impactful events
- Generate leads and maintain engagement with interested members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Services, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in sales, community organizing, and/or recruitment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of staff, volunteers, and girls
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
- Strong attention to detail and team-building skills
- Experience in event planning and coordination
