- Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries related to financial information
- Respond to requests in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues reported to the Financial Services Help Hub
- Maintain knowledge of business and management principles involved in financial aid and student financials
- Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience in financial aid and student financials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet work environment
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
