What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Providing crisis support to callers and dispatching Mobile Crisis teams as needed
- Coordinating care for active clients seeking support
- Screening individuals for BJC BH services and providing community referrals
- Conducting initial evaluations of need and completing psychosocial assessments
- Engaging individuals and families to form trusting relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Education or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be fully licensed in the state of Missouri
- LCSW or LPC certification
- Experience with crisis support and working with behavioral health clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience providing brief therapy to adults, children, and families
- Knowledge of eligibility requirements for behavioral health services
