      Description

      REPACK SPECIALIST POSITION IN OUR VALPARAISO WAREHOUSE

      • $16.00 per hour to start
      • Great position for a student schedule
      • PART TIME, Monday through Friday (6 am start time)
      • Up to 30 hours per week
      • Flexible schedule, 3 to 5 days per week
      • Long term (not seasonal)

      Job Duties

      The Repack Specialist engages in physical and machine-assisted labor to move beverage cases and kegs in, out, and around the warehouse in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

      Essential Functions

      • Adheres to OSHA safety standards and company safety policies and procedures
      • General knowledge of brands and SKU’s
      • Manages MolsonCoors quality standards for repacked products and procedures
      • Rotates products on racks and floor according to product dates
      • Processes breakage and repack items with appropriate documentation; identifies appropriate course of action (e.g. send back to supplier, repackage, or destroy)
      • Cleans products to be repackaged and checks product dates
      • Constructs product packaging, uses current package graphics whenever possible
      • Controls shrink/repacks all salvageable product
      • Provides guidance and supervision to others assigned to work or assist in the repack area
      • Must attain minimum output of 12 cases per hour for a floating 32-hour average
      • Wraps product on pallets manually
      • Labels product or wrapped pallets with appropriate identifying information

      Minimum Qualifications


      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      • High School Diploma/GED with ability to compute basic math functions
      • Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen, criminal background check, essential functions screening, and reference check
      • Must be committed to the responsible use of alcohol and understand and adhere to local and federal alcohol related laws
      • Must be able to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
