- Complete required clearances: Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Background Check
- Collaborate with the research team in conducting experiments and collecting data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow research protocols accurately
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and equipment
- Previous experience in cell culture or molecular biology research
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or SPSS
