What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in research dissemination and outreach activities in Puerto Rico, focusing on health and aging research
- Design and deliver seminars, lectures, and workshops for older adults in Puerto Rico
- Collect feedback from participants for evaluation and potential publications
- Collaborate closely with the Research Team on ongoing projects at the lab
- Receive guidance and support from Dr. Alexis R. Santos, the leader of the Morbidity, Mortality and Demography (MOMA-D) Lab

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate training in Public Health (M.P.H., equivalent or higher) or related experience
- Basic understanding of health disparities
- Comfortable with public speaking and delivering lectures in Spanish
- Ability to work 20 hours per week for 12 months
- Strong organizational and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health disparities research
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Knowledge of Puerto Rico's healthcare system and aging population
- Previous experience in designing and delivering outreach programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a research team
