What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver seminars, lectures, and workshops for older adults in Puerto Rico
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants for evaluation and publication purposes
- Collaborate with the research team on ongoing projects related to health disparities
- Conduct outreach activities in various collaborating institutions
- Work approximately 20 hours per week from late August 2023 until July 2024

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate training in Public Health (M.P.H., equivalent or higher) or related experience
- Basic understanding of health disparities
- Proficiency in public speaking, including delivering lectures in Spanish
- Ability to work collaboratively with research team members
- Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in research practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health and aging research
- Familiarity with outreach initiatives targeting older adults
- Previous involvement in academic research projects
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse populations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
