- Develop REDCap surveys for the study under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI).
- Recruit and enroll eligible participants, obtain informed consent, and collect survey data through REDCap.
- Contact potential study participants to schedule screening visits and send reminders for upcoming study visits.
- Assist the PI, Sub-Investigator (Sub-I), research assistants, and other research coordinators with patient scheduling and related activities in REDCap.
- Coordinate with the PI on various activities related to research study data collection and management.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards to ensure the integrity and validity of study results.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, in Hershey, PA, is seeking a Part-time Research Assistant to work on various research related projects. Qualified applicants should be bilingual and pursuing or have obtained a master’s degree. It is desirable that the application have prior training in research and able to complete the following responsibilities:
Good interpersonal, communication, organizational, teamwork, time management, and planning skills to accomplish multiple tasks in a short time period are essential. Strong work ethic, responsibility and positive work habits are critical to the successful performance of this position.
