What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage priority retail accounts to drive sales growth
- Achieve weekly sales targets, with a minimum of 100 cases
- Maintain consistent communication with distributor partners and retail teams
- Adjust focus on priority accounts based on market needs and promotional schedules
- Execute sales tactics and initiatives in alignment with company goals and budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must adhere to the employer's COACH values: Curious, Optimistic, Ambitious, Compassionate, and Humble
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in the hospitality and fast-paced food and beverage industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Valid state driver's license and car insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Area-specific sales experience is preferred
- Experience in Accounting Management or Territory Sales is a plus
