      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage priority retail accounts to drive sales growth and achieve weekly targets
      - Maintain consistent communication with distributor partners and their sales teams
      - Adjust account priorities monthly based on area needs and promotional schedules
      - Execute sales tactics and initiatives aligned with company goals and budget
      - Report weekly to the Regional Sales Manager on progress and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Adherence to the employer's COACH values
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
      - Proven sales experience, preferably in area-specific sales
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
      - Valid state driver's license and valid car insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in the hospitality and fast-paced food and beverage industry
      - Experience in Accounting Management or Territory Sales
      - Strong work ethic with a proven track record of time management and prioritization skills
