- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring
- Inspect scanned documents for discrepancies and imaging quality
- Review and edit document scans to meet company standards
- Develop and maintain a document quality control process
- Assist management with coaching, training, and development of data entry operators

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and working with raw data
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, internal departments, and clients
- Dependable in meeting deadlines with accurate and complete information
- Detail-oriented and accurate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with emphasis on Excel and Word

- Familiarity with document imaging and scanning technologies
