What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist faculty in organizing coursework and managing course materials
- Explain biology concepts to students and provide clarification as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a full-time registered student at the employer
- Successful completion of the course for which assistance is provided (BIOL 230W)
- Strong understanding of biological concepts and coursework
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and peers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in tutoring or teaching assistance roles
- Familiarity with diverse learning styles and teaching methods
- Strong organizational skills to manage coursework and student interactions
