What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Smartsheet solutions for internal and external coordination
- Ensure Smartsheet solutions are accessible to intended audiences with appropriate security measures
- Develop and communicate Smartsheet usage and security policies and procedures
- Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with teams to identify software solutions for project management challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree; or a High School diploma/equivalent with 7 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Smartsheet applications
- Smartsheet Core Product Certification
- Understanding of key design patterns and best practices for large data volumes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Smartsheet Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and Control Center
- Smartsheet System Administrator Certification
- 2 years of experience using advanced Smartsheet features
- Development experience in programming languages such as .Net, Java, JavaScript, Python, or NodeJS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel
