What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Respond to phone inquiries from current and potential customers
- Show storage units, explain rental agreements, and prepare contracts
- Conduct routine property cleanup and perform minor repairs
- Ensure all vacant storage units are clean, secure, and ready for new customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to safety precautions and use protective gear when necessary

- Knowledge of storage unit operations and rental agreements
