What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead weekly synchronous work periods in your area(s) of expertise
- Attend class meetings to facilitate discussions and provide feedback
- Meet with students to assist them in their self-study efforts
- Prepare and review quiz materials, ensuring alignment with course objectives
- Provide grading support with in-depth feedback on student submissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a graduate student at the employer during the Spring 2025 semester, preferably in the Smeal MBA Program
- Completion of relevant business courses associated with the seminar course discipline
- Related work experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong confidence in specific topic areas relevant to the course modules
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring roles
