      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver a 5-star customer experience through live video consultations
      - Drive sales through clienteling, sourcing new leads, and up/cross-selling clients during appointments
      - Cultivate relationships with customers by advising them on fit, fabric, and style
      - Learn about products and manage customer relationships using internal CRM
      - Identify trends during customer calls and communicate insights to the tech, marketing, and product teams

      - Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively

      - Experience in retail or sales, particularly in fashion or custom clothing
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a previous role
