- Our mission is to prepare individuals from a wide range of backgrounds to address global challenges. The Global Talent Development Participant Experience team works on supporting J-1 visa holders in inbound exchange programs such as Train USA, Teach USA, Korea WEST, and IAESTE.
- To be successful in this job, you will be an expert in written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving and have prior experience with customer service, J-1 Exchange Visitor programs, international education, student engagement strategies, and/or alumni engagement.
- This role can be performed fully remotely by anyone with US residency and authorization to work in the United States.
- Your job will be to enhance the participant experience and build meaningful relationships with J-1 participants. Our aim is to provide support, services, and resources that facilitate an impactful international exchange and bolster Cultural Vistas’ presence as a visa sponsor throughout participants’ in-country and alumni experience.
- At any given time, you will be responsible for addressing J-1 participants’ in-country needs, building relationships with our diverse communities, and creating resources that support participants and increase their engagement with Cultural Vistas.
- You will report to the Senior Participant Experience Manager who is responsible for leading the strategic alignment of program design, administration, and evaluation efforts across J-1 programs; implementing creative communication strategies and managing inquiries from and outreach to CV participants; and implementing high-impact engagement practices that build peer-to-peer connections and reinforce participants’ connection to Cultural Vistas as an organization.
