Job Description
- Req#: R25-1039
- Handling incoming billing and commission related cases.
- Responding to emails and queries from customers and partners in Germany and UK/Ireland.
- Answering phone calls or callbacks from customers and partners.
- Assisting colleagues with commission calculations as needed.
- Working cross functionally with multiple departments/teams on a daily basis to solve cases and escalations.
- Communicating with partners/clients and supervising internal projects to resolve their requests.
- Process improvements, both billing and commission related.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills and experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in both German and English required.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ownership and professionalism in own work.
- Positive attitude and team player.
