What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, identify, and target new partnership opportunities through various communication channels
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach to partnership agreement and network launch
- Develop creative strategies to connect with potential fitness partners
- Maintain high activity levels including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI metrics and monthly sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role managing the sales process from outreach to close
- Strong phone presence with the ability to make 100+ cold calls a day
- Proven ability to manage expectations and overcome objections with leads
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of leads
- Demonstrated organizational skills and experience with sales funnel management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software is desirable
