      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide top-tier support to partners and their clients, addressing inquiries and educating them on services
      - Manage questions related to Partner Billing, including direct deposit and revenue share
      - Utilize internal resources to resolve complex technical and billing issues
      - Document and track defects and feature requests, communicating concerns from partners and clients
      - Participate in team meetings and development sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ months in a support or professional services role with a track record of reliability (80% attendance or better)
      - Proficiency with technology, including troubleshooting various devices
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
      - Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
