      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and addressing inquiries and resolutions
      - Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
      - Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and partnership engagement
      - Oversee compliance with organizational policies and partnership regulations, including audits
      - Provide ongoing mentorship and support to ensure best-in-class partner support and satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience with electronic billing, collections, and all aspects of the accounts receivable cycle
      - At least 2 years of experience in partnership management or service delivery coordination
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Previous experience with medical software; Raintree preferred
      - In-depth knowledge of HCFA, ANSI 837P, and ANSI 837I format requirements

      - Strong understanding of financial reporting and metrics for measuring steady, predictable cash flow
      - Ability to travel 25% of the time
