What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate bilateral and collective calls with Strategic Fortification Partners (SFPs) and country teams, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups
- Assist in compiling and organizing partnership data to inform decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and track partner activities to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
- Support the Strategic Partnership Manager in broadening the scope of partnerships beyond fortification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience OR a Master’s degree and one year of experience in International Development, Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant experience in international development, partnership management, B2B coordination, or program management
- Fluency in English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with international stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge in food fortification or nutrition-related programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software like Smartsheets
- Analytical mindset with experience in working with data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural, cross-functional team environment
