What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and maintenance of partnerships to achieve policy goals
- Lead and coordinate advocacy efforts within the IMPRINT network
- Draft communications materials including blogs, social media content, and action alerts
- Prepare meeting logistics and maintain records for partnership outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support policy initiatives and reporting needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-8+ years of relevant professional work experience
- 2-4 years of experience leading coalitions or partner networks towards shared goals
- Professional experience in partnership development with a focus on advocacy
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant fields
- Experience in workforce development, immigration, or refugee resettlement sectors
- Strong database management skills and comfort with new applications
- Deep-rooted intellectual curiosity and openness to diverse perspectives
