- Expedite backorders with Cat
- Communicate with shops and customers regarding the status of backorders
- Proactively manage and resolve all backorders
- Apply problem-solving skills to support customer needs with urgency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong professional communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Basic math proficiency
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Cat Systems
- Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
- Pay Type Hourly
